Next time wait till the week of the meet before mass mailing everyone. If you do it too far in advance, people forget. Also just include pertinent infor like location, meeting time, and a contact number. Also try to include a map or a link to a map so people cand dl it and print it out.

Hey Guys, I wish i could come to the Maltby meet but the 10th is a horriably busy day for me. My boyfriend will be in town, we maybe able to meet up with you after lunch, could someone email me a cell phone number so I can meet up with you? Geo--I just circled the 10th on my calendar so I won't miss this meet! From what I've heard of the Maltby fun run it's really...FUN! I can't wait to see all of you guys on Sunday and catch up on the stuff that's been going on in the past few months with everyone and their cars. Hope to see everyone there.

If people don't check the board, then get an email about a meet only a few days in advance, a lot of them probably aren't going to be able to make it, what with work and other obligations, or having plans for that day already.

OK people the Maltby meet is set for tomorrow, Sunday at noon, hope to see a lot of people there, hope it doesn't rain like it's been doing the passed few days, (keep your fingers crossed).
For the Tacoma area folks we'll meet up at SpeedLine at 10:15 am and leave at 10:30 or so to make it to Maltby by 12 noon.
David did you send out a reminder, I didn't get one yet? Also are the license plate frames done and are you going to bring a few of them?
